tunnel vision

my first piece of sea glass was found on lopez island in washington in 2007 (and that was quite a story!)  i did find sea glass at sea glass beach in fort bragg california, but so have millions of other people.......because it is just part of the sand there, so i didn't really feel like that counted.

bryan and i enjoy walking the beach in carlsbad and oceanside, finding treasures.....he loves rocks and i would usually be looking for seashells
until.....
i found another piece of sea glass....right there...... among the rocks....just waiting for me.......and from then on......i had tunnel vision......and it has rewarded me immensely!

low tide
rocky section of the beach
tunnel vision
equals
a sweet little pocket full of beautiful colored sea glass

this quote now has new meaning:
"what you see,
depends
on what you are looking for"

We live on the beach and walk every morning before work. In spring and summer we seem to find at least on piece of seag lass every day. I don't know if the glass is there is fall and winter, but we are colder and moving along faster. Also, in the summer the sun sparkles off the sea glass.

I love sea glass also. You don't find much on our beaches. I'm lucky if I find 4 or 5 pieces a year. I love your collection!
