Tea for Two

i have been telling journey,
our only granddaughter (to-date),
that we needed to have a TEA.
things got hectic and the TEA was put aside
but journey often talked about it.......
so finally nonnie got it together
and journey and i had
a
FAERIE TEA PARTY
and it was so much fun!

this was her invitation sent through the mail

i made faerie dolls and a faerie house
and i had almost too much fun doing it!!!!!

i set it up out on our patio
as the weather has cooled off now

Oh myy goodness what a special day this must have been. You are awesome.
I have a friend that goes all out like this for both of her granddaughters. She worked herself to death and had fun doing it only to have her daughters tell her to stop because the girls did not really enjoy it!!!!!!! What? You can't tell me that any little girl would not love this. a tea party and fairies too? They would have to be in a comma to NOT love it all!!!
Great job! keep it up and make those wonderful memories for your grandbabies to have forever!!
I love the photo of you dancing with the little fairy.
God Bless You

OH HOW SWEET! It brought tears to my eyes too! What a wonderful wonderful time for nonnie and Journey to have! I love the dancing pictures and love that you got all dressed up just like Journey! I love you mom! A root Beer Frat party sounds like a whole lot of fun but probably not as exciting to decorate for! :) I think the boys would like it although Wy was pretty excited about the butterflies he found on the ground outside! Broders looks pretty cute wearing a slip as a tube top also! :)
